i am a 20 year old female and i am needing help with my gym workout.
I just recently starting eating healthy, and cutting my calories back.
when i go to the gym i usually do elliptical for about 35 minutes on average
then when i get off that and try to do some machines i only do it for about 5 minutes because i dont know what i should do. i need help on how to actually workout (without using free weights)
