Gym question! Really need help! Please! Read the add more detail below,...

...because it wont all fit on here, plz!? Okay, so I'm in gym for this trimester (12 weeks of school) and i have it fifth hour, so it starts at 12:30...and i have lunch at 11 am. I was wondering if i should eat lunch? I mean usually in gym class when we run, because we have to run 10 minutes straight for our warm up, my stomach really starts to hurt, and i feel ready to throw up. If it wasnt for that i would be able to run the whole ten minutes no problem, i mean my legs don't hurt AT ALL, its just my stomach. But i dont want to not eat lunch, because i don't eat breakfast either, and i don't want to pass out. And i dont have ANY time to eat breakfast, so please...dont suggest that. So i was wondering should i not eat lunch and just wait until i get home? Or should i eat more at lunch? I really have no idea...help me PLEASE :)
