Ok, so I just signed up to the gym and I went today for the first time to get familiar with the machines and all.
Anyway - I'm a skinny guy looking to put on muscle, in a fast-ish way.
Which machines should I focus on for pecs, biceps and triceps?
And also - How many sets and reps?
