Gym people, please help!!!?? :(?

Hey!! basically, i wana know if i'm doing the right thing.... I'm 16 and I now weigh 63 kg's/138 lbs (typical ectomorph- skinny, low-self esteem, blah blah blAH!!)

I've now been working out to build muscle for now about 3 months and i've gained 3 kg's/ 6 lbs of muscle (going against my program). I lift the heaviest weight I can for 10-15 reps of 3 sets. I am going against my physical program cause the weight it tells me to lift is too light for me and I feel as if I wouldn't make any significant gains by summer time.

For breakfast, I eat eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, tea and a little bit of orange juice but in school, I'm pretty much always hungry to the point where i become a bit sleepy, and when I eat during break, I feel as if there's not enough protein in my snack. Lunch and dinner, i pack on something meaty, with vegie's on the side (my plate is soo filled up, to the point where if i try to scoop a spoon full, some food fall off the edge). Plus, I also have a protein supplement that I take before I go to sleep.I also snack after 2-4 hours after each major meal (Snacks like bread and tea, fruits, [eggs, sausage, bacon, orange juice] -like breakfast if not, then the supps)

I'm supposed to work out 3x a week (Monday: Chest/triceps) (Wednesday: Back/Biceps/Deltoids) (Friday: Legs) +abbs on each day. I don't do friday coz i have football/soccer

All I wana ask you, If I continue doing this, will I gain approximately 15-20 lbs/6-9 kg's or more of lean muscle before summer?? If not please advice, Thanks for your time and answer, It'll be deeply appreciated.
