Hello everyone!!
I'm asian, 5feet 11inches, weight 140lbs. i been in the gym for 1 month and see only little gain. Of course, I eat a lot of protein, carbohydrate, nuts, and MCdonald before and after workout. I read a lot of fitness articles and go to gym 6-7 days a week. I'm a hardgainer and will put ton of effort to gain weight. So, How much (time) would take me to gain 10-20lbs?
Don't ask me to use some bullshit supplement or pills. I just wanna gain weight naturally no matter what.
