Ok so, im a overweight girl in highschool, and this semster that just came, i have gym. Any other overweight person knows how i feel about gym, i love playing the sports and activites, im not lazy, but when it comes to long distance running and fitness test you can forget it. So a couple of days ago was our first gym class, and we did running activies and other things, that hit mostly all the other activites and too top it off the last thing we did was the plank, so couple of hours later my muscle in my thigs are realy sore, and later the rest of my body is, i only started working out about 4 weeks ago, but had to stop because of my job and exams, So what can i do to make them feel less sore and recover? (please dont be hatefull, im being serious and im looking for help)
