What is more beneficial for weight loss? To be exact, what is more beneficial to lose 30 pounds in 6 months, breakfast before going to the gym or breakfast after the gym?
I'm at the gym for a little over 2 hours. I do an hour of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, stairs, bike, etc..) and an hour of weight lifting.
So, yeah.. Breakfast before or after gym? Also, should I eat plenty protein or plenty carbs for breakfast?
