I go to a Zumba class Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. It lasts an hour each time.
I just got a gym membership today and I use the treadmill, and the elleptical and a few of the like back stretching machines, and one kinda like a sitting crunch.
I am curious how long I should be using the treadmill - i cant jog to hard on my knee. HOw long at speed 3.

How long should i be at the gym?
Also, should I eat before I go or eat dinner after even if its at 10:30 at night....
