Hi my names Jon, Im 20 years old and I'll be leaving for Navy Bootcamp in just over 5 months. At the moment im 146 lbs and 5'8. Im trying to gain muscle and size in 5 months before i ship out.
I have been going to the gym for a week now and im on a bit of a routine. My current routine is as follows.
Wake up at 4:00 am
Have an apple
drink a bottle of super pump 250 at 4:30 am
get to the gym at 5:00 am
Monday - Chest, Abs, Obliques
Tues - Back - Upper -Middle and lower
Wed - Shoulders, Traps, Deltoids
Thurs - Arms, Triceps and Biceps
Friday - All Legs and Stomache
I also add Cardio into my work outs (About 20 min)
When i get home around 7:00 am i drink a glass of water mixed with one scoop of Iso mass.
I dont know how to eat correctly to help me gain weight. People tell me 4-5 meals a day but i dont know what the F!@#$ to eat.
If you have any advice on a food chart thats healthy for me to gain weight that would be awesome.
How long before i will see results in my weight gain and muscle groups?
