I met a guy from out of town and we hung out a few times, but I still didn't really know him. We went to a coffee shop and, well, here's what he started talking about, which kinda caught me off guard:
"I want to teach my kids about their ethnic background, whether they're Chamorro, Chinese...or local." And he looked at me with his head turned to the side and smiled when he said the last part.
Why would he talk so openly about his future like that to someone he doesn't know too well? And we're only in our early twenties and still in college too.
