...area? I went to high school with a guy a few years older than me. We only hung out a few times. That was 17 years ago. We recently reunited on facebook. And discovered that both of us had huge crushes on each other. He visited me once so far for an entire weekend, and we talk everyday on the phone. Both of us want the same things. Love and a relationship. He already told me he doesn't want to live in the state he is in. We are making plans to visit each other again soon.
So, how can I talk to him about moving here? He would be closer to his oldest child if he does, and his job is relocatable.
 
...So what's the problem? Just do it.

I'd advise you to steer the conversation in such a way that you end up on the topic (step 1) and give him subtle hints so that he figures out he can move there "by himself". If not, just blurt it out before your brain finds out what your'e trying to do.
