guys what do you do in order to stay in shape??? sports?? gym ?

im thinking about maybe being more active i don't usually exercise i don't go to the gym i just go out 3 times a week for an hour of jogging

as for the sports i don't get what is the madness and excitement with running around the court or field kicking or bouncing the ball
i don't see what is soo special about it i used to run tracks and i was fit like i came here to US form a country in Europe so when i was in 7th grade i was like 162 cm and i was under 50 kilograms
now im 5'9 and im 200 pounds and i have been at that weight for 2 years

i dont get why so many guys and girls are soo excited when it comes to playing sports like i never went to a gym class in my HS years

however i would like to maybe start playing volleyball like its the only one sport that i really really like
i tried soccer and basketball and im too short for basketball and soccer well not much for me
 
Im 5'9" 148, and am in great shape.

I play flag football in mens leagues (with former college and current semi pro players). I also do mens softball leagues. I work out 4-5 days a week.

Some of us still love competiton and playing sports. At 28, ive been playing the best football of my life. And guys in my league are older and are still good. Thats why there are so many mens and womens sports leagues out there. Because some of us want to play forever!
