There's oral presentation project coming up....already have partner (female) but now there's this guy issue.
Today, during break, i was waiting in the washroom line when my partner came up to me. She said a guy told the prof he doesnt have a group. the prof told him to work alone or find a group himself.....but he then left class. her description matched the guy i was thinking about. I never told her about him btw.
We're planning to ask him next class...but now I realize i cant make it for next class. How to ask him?
1. partner will ask him herself on monday (but i feel guilty she has to ask alone)
2. we will both ask him on wednesday (but it may be too late)
3. try asking over facebook (but he may think we are stalkers)
Guy and I arent complete strangers i guess. we presented something before but it was one day and didnt really get to chat. Also, few weeks ago, teacher asked if he was my friend. I said he's my classmate...teacher replied "oh so i guess he is not your friend then". some guys laughed! after class i told the guy (we were alone) that i didnt mean what the teacher said. he gave a high five and said "see you next week"....so i guess it's all good. but even after that, he still remained sitting at the back and never come to talk.
