I just bought a honda accord lx year 1992 from a guy who was selling it outside of his house. I went there talk to the guy and looked around the car, everything seemed fine and nothing was wrong with it. I even ask the guy if anything was wrong he admitted nothing was wrong maybe an oil change nothing much. So i believed him and paid for the car then went to have it for a emissions check it didnt pass. The repair guys said it would cost around 500-600 dollars for repair on certain parts of the car and that wouldnt garuntee it will pass. I contacted him back and hes saying i cant return the car.
