I got into an accident with a city bus. The driver came out, and I asked where I hit him. He didn't know. There was a dent that was there, but the driver said "I think that was there before".
The cop came, and he says that I hit the bus driver at the point of the dent. The dent was AHEAD of the rear tires. I feel as if there is no way I hit the guy there. But, the cop said so.
Is there any way I can argue against this? Or do I have to accept what he says?
