So he is taking me to court for theft by decption. Wonder if I tell the judge I will pay him his money back in full will everything be ok. Also the contract he forged my name I only signed it once, also canhe use text messages and tape recordings in court. I have no problem paying him back but can I pay him back in payments like 50 month. The car was mine but it wasn't in my name. Wat can i do to stay out of jail?
