We've been friends for a few months and I figured out he liked me in 'that way'. I want us to stay friends, at least for the time being so I can sort out my life, plus I have exams coming up etc. I told him that I thought he was sweet but I wasn't in the right state of my life right now for a relationship and that I only really saw him as a friend. He seemed alright about it at the time, but he hasn't contacted me since (about two weeks ago). I can't call or text him because my phone has no credit for another week or so, so it just comes down to whether he's on facebook or not.
It kind of seems like he's avoiding me coz he hasn't contacted me at all and he is basically never online.
I would still like to stay friends coz he is actually a really cool guy, it's just i'm not really ready I suppose.
I'm female, and 15 but I haven't had a relationship or anything before. Also I don't really want to date anyone until I know exactly how I feel about them, which I don't.
Can someone help me find a way to reestablish our friendship please?

Yesterday I heard he has a girlfriend now...? I texted him yesterday saying "Oh so I hear u have a gf now" and he replied "yea.." I said "can you go on fb or skype coz im out of txts" and he said "yeah soon" but he never went on. I have no issue with him having a girlfriend or anything, it just seems weird that he moved on so quickly I guess..? Can someone please explain why someone would jump so quickly to a new relationship?
