I AM MOVING BACK TO Florida, I AM IN THE ARMY. I purchase A HAND GUN IN Colorado . I WONT TO KNOW IF I HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE A Permit TO HAVE IT AND DO I HAVE TO Registrat IT WITH THE STATE OF Florida. I JUST WONT TO KEEP IT IN MY HOUSE
 
you defiantly need to check with your local authorities but in Ga i know you do not need any type of permit to posses the gun in your home or an extension of your home aka: car, RV, truck...
 
Since you are in the Army (I retired out from the Army)
you should have a bill of sale showing how the weapon was obtained.
You have 90 days to transfer your CCW permit to Florida CCW.
Florida Law- 790.06f.s. says that the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs will issue the permits to carry a weapon concealed.
Also remember you fall under the jurisdiction of the UCMJ as well as civilian so check in with the MPS to ccw on base.
