guitar hero 3 songs for xbox 360?

is there a way to put songs that you have on your computer on guitar hero 3 for xbox 360. I would think you have to put it in a cd burner on your computer and there is a software for guitar hero to do this i found it but i 4got where to find it. plzz tell me if this is possible and tell me how
