Guinea Pig taste improvement/recipes.?

I have recently acquired a small herd of Guinea Pigs.
I am just after some recipes.

I was wondering if I feed them green peppers would their juicy little bodies taste spicey...
They taste pretty good in a Satay and thinking maybe a BBQ skewer next with mushrooms and peppers.

But would like to hear more suggestions.
