So, I know another rant about Guido and shift-tech will probably go unnoticed as there are several pages of them throughout the forum, but Guido honestly went above and beyond on this one. I just wanted to take a second and thank Guido and just assure everyone that if there was ever a businessman who truly believed in his product and knew the value of AMAZING customer service, Guido is your guy. I will NEVER purchase another CF product from any other providor for my bike.

Guido, thank you again for going above and beyond my expectations. Even more so than usual. It was greatly appreciated!
