guide in a summer camp?

Hi,
I'm 16 from the Middle East and I would like to be a guide in a summer camp in the USA not for the money, but for the experience.
Is there anything for my age? something that I won't have to pay much for, voluntarily. My English is pretty good and I'd like to come in July or August.
Is it possible?
