Guide how to rp and to current lore of a belf priest?

I have been meaning to create a blood elf priest but I'm not sure on the current lore due to the fall of kael'thas and restoration of the sunwell.. even though it has not been updated within the game BLIZZ! I have heard it is in the lore. I have searched for a guide and current lore help but I didn't find anything helpful

Does anyone know any good guides?
Or is anyone amazing at this lore, which is the current lore, and knows how to rp a belf priest?

Please help :)
