OK folks a fun guessing game...Can you guess the company I and everyone else speak so highly of. No prizes for this one, other than the forewarned
forearmed gift you will gain, to steer well clear of them.
Here is my experience of them.............
Placed an order with this company way back in May. After a week, I emailed them to check where the part was. Was told that it would take around 10 working days to deliver. Left it at that. Emailed again two weeks after
initial order, was told, did I want to cancel my order? I said no I just
wanted to know where my part was and how long it would take. This question was never answered. Emailed them again a week after that (now 3 weeks since placing the order), was told did I want to cancel the order, again said no just tell me where the part is and when I could expect it. Again they did not answer this specific question, just banged on about me cancelling the order. After a month or more when I next emailed them apart from the usual response, they eventually sent me another email saying the "part was in transit and would be shipped out to me next week" (five weeks after placing the order). Nothing arrived that next week. After six weeks I emailed them again (as well a heated exchange on another forum by private message) demanding they tell me why they could not answer a simple question, they finally said you have no order with us because we cancelled it. They never informed me of this either! I then asked for a refund and was told that my money had been credited to my account "a long time ago". 5 days later, following the date of that email and numerous emails to their account department, who refused to tell me the date they had supposedly made this refund, the money appeared in my account. When the credit card company called me, they told me this comapny had made the credit refund on the same day they sent me the email telling me it had been made "a long time ago". I sent them a final email telling them they had effectively lied to me twice. Once for telling me the part would be shipped out next week, and once for telling me they had made a refund when at the time they clearly hadn't. In fact had it not have been for me bullying them in to a response, heaven knows when they would have given me my money back. This company's attitude absolutely sucks. I would not do business with them again if my life depended on it.
They lie, make fraudulent claims, never answer the phone, dont return your
calls, and above all couldn't give a SH*T about their customers or the
treatment they meter out. All in all the WORST customer service I have ever
experienced anywhere by a country mile.

I am extremley dissapointed with the service i received from XXXX,items
eventually arrived nearly two months after placing my order,polite email's
and telephone messages were ignored and when i finally spoke to someone on the 'customer service' line i was given a fictional delivery date by a guy
who sounded like he couldnt care less if i got my parts at all,this is the
last time i will use XXXX.

Just wondering if on a scale of 1-10 you can give a negative billion?
Parts are actually decent when they arrive, some delays in communication but not too bad.... The issue is customer service at which I have had the worst experience of my life in that area. I will not go into specifics as that is not what this forum is for, but if customer service isn't a big deal to you go for it!
