GTA4, did this ever happen to you guys?

Alright, you all recall the mission where you have to drive an explosive truck into a garage somewhere, right? Well I drive the truck into the garage, and the cutscene shows niko running out, and as he's running out in the middle of the street during the cutscene, a car going full speed WHAMS him and he goes flying, and i must have been low on health because the screen instantly turned black and white and went into slow motion

my roommate and i never laughed harder in our lives
 
Yea. I've been killed a few times because I'll be running, hitting "x" and the phone rings and I go and answer it in the middle of traffic. *WHAM* I now missed a cutscene or a meed with a friend.
