GTA San Andreas crashes after loading in a new game....?

I haven't played it yet.When the loading bar is almost finished, it crashes and goes to the desktop. I have read the system requirements of San Andreas and I know my computer is a lot faster than it requires. plss help guys...... P.S i got the game by copying from an internet cafe, and im sure i copied it all......
