GTA IV v. Threes a company

I'm pulling up to the the damn chicks and hitting my damn L button, and the horn doesn't go off, is this a glitch in the game? I pull up right next to them where the arrow is pointing but nothing is happening when i hit the button. Halp!!!! (The L button on the controller does work, I've verified it that in other games)

I had something similar happen. During the gay date mission I took a cab. It didn't trigger the mission when I arrived and from then on out it wouldn't let me buy food/enter any other missions via the yellow arrow.

I ended up reloading a previous save and did the gay date mission again but this time I drove myself. From then on out the game worked just fine.

My guess is you are in another mission and you should reload a previous save. That will probably fix the bug.

Is this PS3 or 360? on the default controls on 360, you push in on the left joystick to honk, not the left button

360, i've tried every single left there is, both joysticks, control pad even the left button on the top of the controller

You may need a four door car.

just to confirm, you click in the left analog stick, not the left trigger or left shoulder button.
