GT-S5230 lost phone lock code and can

Hello,

My daughter has put in a phone code for her newly bought GT-S5230.
For some reason she restarted it and have forgotten the phone lock code

Is there any way for me to fix this easily, for instance can I somehow factory reset it with the use of a key combination, use some custom program and reset it or what are my options ?
She took it to a phone reselller to ask for help today and they said it would probably cost approx
 
Dont be paying anyone 100 pounds. You need to just get the phone unlocked as usual and then if it asks you to put the code in put in 000000 as the code. Hope this helps!!!
 
I just downloaded Z3x Samsung tool 3.4.0022
Can I use that program to unlock and get into the phone?

thats because you have not purchased the Z3x box and the program will not work without it.Just take it to your local shop and pay to get it sorted

No point in buying that box to unlock just 1 phone ...

Would have been great if I could have factory reset it just with a combination of
vol down-power button or the likes, as it is with for instance with HTC models but I guess there
 
you can try resetting with *2767*3855# i wont say if it will reset the code but you will lose all personal pictures etc in the phone

if it ask for usb modem driver 1.0
