GSX 650F or SV 650 sport .....Help...bargaining room? which one...

...best?...salesman says GSX 650F is better? both on o% finance the sv is £5200 and the gsx £5400 [both on road prices].

never bought a new bike before but fed up of 2nd hand bikes that break on me ...so questions ...
which is better bike?
are the prices inflated to allow the 0%?
do bike dealers work like car dealers i.e. will knock off money or throw in leathers etc?

any advice welcome.
