GSM Phones.... Nokia 3220b how to unlock for AT&T?

I have an old GSM Nokia 3220b from XE Mobile(out of business) that has a place for simcard, and I would like to turn it on, I called AT& T Mobility and they said it couldn't be done, that they don't make that 64k sim card anymore, which didnt make sense..... Is there a way to turn it on using AT&T??? It is perfect for work, and has ringtones and a camera, Speakerphone. I must unlock it.
