One of my favorite artists is Andre Piguet, his work is amazing and i wouldn't mind trying to paint in the same style as he does, here is an example of his work.

i'm not completely sure how he achieves that affect, but i'm guessing to get the grunge look he uses grey and brown oil paints with a brown ink and then washed over with layers of white. but im not sure! please give me some tips in how to paint like this. thanks!
