hi. I'm a 14 years old canadian high schooler.
my height is 5ft 3 or 162 cm. IS this small for my age?
I have been concerned about my heights lately, so i decided to do something about it.
I understand genetics and nutrients very well.
my parents are 165 cm and 158 cm. Yes, they are very short.
Calcium is important for growth. I was aware of this since i was a kid, and i usually drink 5~10 or more cups of milk a day.
I decided to run 20 minutes on 5 miles per hour (2~3 times a week)
play basket for for 20~30 minutes almost everyday,
and do crunches and sit-ups 100 each maybe? (before i sleep)- for abs lol
I want to grow this summer a bit.
Is this too much exercise for someone my height?
IF there is any advices or tips for growing a lot, please, help me out.
i forgot, i usually sleep between 10 or 11 pm ~ 7 am.
is this good enough? and what other things can help me?
I also learned that most male teens masturbate everyday or once every 2 days.
CAN masturbation effect my growth and height?
