Grossology Series Talkback

Grossology is a YTV Original Series that is produced by Nelvana and airs on Discover Kids in the USA. How about we have a talkback thread. If there is one of Grossology that I missed, please lock this thread.
 
I began checking out some of the animated programs on Discovery Kids earlier this year. I really liked ?Kenny The Shark? and ?Tutenstein?, and ?Time Warp Trio? was alright, but I couldn?t get into ?Grossology?. Really, the first time I saw that Lance Boil character, I changed the channel and lost any desire to keep watching it. I guess the series lived up to its name.
 
I'm with The Huntsman on this one. Tried watching it more than once, and I honestly couldn't handle it.

I do like some Discovery Kids programs such as Kenny the Shark, Growing Up Creepie and The Future Is Wild, though.
 
I saw the very end of an episode, once. Something about some villain named Kid Rot being still at large or something. I was actually a little surprised, given I always assumed it was some straight-up science show.
 
Kenny the Shark leaves me kinda cold compared to the others. Not sure why you and The Huntsman don't like Grossology.

I found the show to be one of the better ones that Discovery Kids shows. The writing is very good and the characters are likeable. Not sure why it warrants all the hate. I particularly like the way they incorporate the scientific stuff (gross as it is; but wait--kids probably would like this stuff, y'know?) into the show without stalling the story or side-tracking the humor. There's another season of eps that haven't aired yet in the U.S., too. I'd suggest that you all might want to give the show another try.
