Gross-out jokes that are fake outs

These are probably some of the best jokes animation does, where someone does something that is on the verge of making you hurl, but it turns into something else entirely, which makes it funnier. Two that make me laugh are

- American Dad, where Stan goes to the sperm bank and manages to smash a giant vat full of a white liquid, and it turns out to be milk or lotion or something, I forget which

Spongebob(The Smoking Peanut) where Patrick claims he's so close to solving the mystery he can almost taste it, then comes a closeup of his tongue licking what appears to be Spongebob, but then it pans back to him eating a yellow popsicle.

In the commentary for The Simpsons Movie they said there was going to be a joke where a trunk from the sperm bank would pull up to the lake and, after an appropriate pause, dump out furnature.

The American Dad one I remember is the bit about Vage, the little native boy that fallowed them around on their honeymoon or something like that.

"*Sigh* this is the only picture where you can't see vag. Ah Vag, he was our tour guide around the island."

No matter how many times I see what looks to be a character doing their business, only to see that it's really the character using a garden hose, I always crack up.

In the episode 'Spanish Fry' of Futurama, when the gang goes camping:

Hermes: (holding what looks like toilet paper) I'm be behind that tree, doing my business.

Hermes then sits down, puts the paper into a calculator and starts doing his 'business'.

This is pretty much the reverse, but I remember seeing a clip of Clerks: TAS (not sure if it was from any episode) where Randal is facing off against Darth Vader, and holds his lightsaber to his crotch. He notices his shadow against the wall and starts thrusting, making for a really awkward image.

I love the Family Guy bit where Mr. Furley walks in on Brian and Stewie, who appear to be in the middle of something very gross, but it's just Brian applying lotion to Stewie's face. That just about killed me. :D

There was a good one in the South Park movie where Saddam is shown to be taking out what appears to be some kind of ***** to use on Satan to try and have sex with him but is just revealed to be taking out a sasuage "just to "screw" with him".

I'm pointing this out because Who Framed Roger Rabbit is on.

But Mr. Acme and Jessica Rabbit sound like they're having sex when in reality, they're playing patty cake.

In the South Park episode "The Losing Edge" Stan's dad cracks a bunch of raw eggs into a glass so it looks like he's about to drink them. Then when it looks like he's about to, he just pours them into a skillet and starts to scramble them.

The Simpsons movie pulled kind of a reverse-fakeout with Bart's skateboarding scene. A brilliant send-up of one of the oldest cartoon cliches ever.

One episode of Spongebob had him wondering where he could get peanuts, so it cuts to him peering into the bathroom and looking at the toilet, only to have him reach above it to grab a peanut plant growing by the window.

I'm not sure if this strictly counts but in the Simpsons Episode "You Only Move Twice", Homer works for the Globex Corporation and needs some sugar for his coffee.

Homer: Uh... you have any sugar around here?
Hank: Sugar? Sure. [fumbles in his pockets, takes out a few handfuls
of sugar] There you go. Sorry it's not in packages. Want some
cream?
Homer: Uh... I... no.

Didn't get that joke for the longest time.
