groom at stable interview callback?

So, last Tuesday i had an interview with a barn as a groom. It went VERY well. She said she liked everything she saw and she'd give me a call soon. Its been almost a week, and no call. Their ad is still up for the position too. She also said the head trainer/owner had been in the hospital a couple days and they did have a pretty good stack of interviewee's notecards. Do you think they are just taking awhile to make the decision? Should i call them, e-mail them? I need to know whether I still have a chance or not.
