after sitting for a short period of time, I cannot walk for about 1 minute as the pain in my groin area is terrible.

Pain seems to start in my left hip area and a sharp pain comes in my groin area .

I am finding myself walking with a slight limp.

Can a chropractor help me?

I would advise you to see an orthopedic doctor first and go from there. He will probably take x-rays and may order an MRI if he thinks it would be helpful. If the findings are negative, then I would ask him about chiropractic help, but I would not let a chiro work on me before I have been checked out by a specialist to be sure that there aren't any problems that could get worse with chiropracty.

Good luck and please stay in touch.

SounRAB like PNE (Pudendal Nerve Entrapment). There is a doctor in Houston TX. Look at that web site.
