parked car. I witnessed it..? I said, Wow.. The women just open the door and bang went right into the parked car door beside them. I said, that is so ignorant.. I said, well.. I will wait a little while and if owner comes out - I will let him/her know what I saw and witness if need be. Guy came out and I told him what I saw.. Big Divit there. He thanked me. We waited and the 2 ignorant rich women came out.. She said she didnt do it.. Should I have just not got involved?
 
Next time call the police -- there would be no argument. The cop would have gently opened the door...matched the dent to the location of the car...scraped the paint off of the edge of the door and all would have been resolved.

Or next time, step up and say "I saw you" -- if they still deny it, then call the cops.

Absolutely 100% did the right thing -- if there were more people like you looking out, we'd be better off.
