I have a 1995 Geo Prizm same car as the Toyota Corolla. Im at my wits end trying to figure out what is wrong with this car. Its a 3-speed automatic. The noise sounds like brakes grinding but I have replaced the front brakes and both front wheel bearings and the noise is still there. Its a constant scrubbing rubbing sound. I have been to four mechanics and noone can figure out the problem. Ive had several people suggest that it may be the differential on the transmission but I have checked the fluid and it is still full. Please if anyone has any idea's let me know.
