Grindhouse - speculation over the release date!

It seems a lot of people who want to see Grindhouse badly! People are harassing the various distributors to see who's got the movie. Apparently it's down to Buena Vista International and Momentum Pictures.

There is an advert in Empire magazine for it, but no release date, distributor or rating is mentioned. Clever...

That makes sense as if it opened on July 29th in the US it would be opening opposite The Simpsons movie!
I guess as the studio is advertising in Empire then it must be out in the UK in the next few months hopefully April!

Well according to IMDB the UK release date is also 6 April. I hope that's true.

Not sure why it gets released in Russia the day before though.
