Grillers: I want a "jerk rub" that I can do chicken, fish, and pork steaks...

...with that tastes Carribean? I have time to make it myself if you know the ingredients or if you know of one that is on the market, I'd appreciate it. I am cooking out tomorrow and want to "knock their socks off" with flavor. I have BBQ, Honey Mustard, & Hickory so think of something with a "kick" to it. Thanks
