Doesn't sound very healthy. I love grilled cheese sandwiches, but the
cheese is not healthy and the butter is worse. At the very least, try
grilling it with olive oil, or use a non-stick skillet and skip the
butter/oil altogether.

Why are butter and cheese bad? Both have conjugated linoeic acid and cheese
has calcium. If you're going to mention sat fat, I don't think that's as
bad as some might claim that it is.

The juice however is questionable. I think for most people it is far
healthier to have the whole fruit or veg rather than juice. Yes, I do use
tomato or other vegetable juice in my soups. But there are also the whole
veggies.

As for the sandwich, I would also put onions, peppers and tomatoes on it.

Was this translated from Chinese? It reads like an assembly manual.

Bread to be placed to side other that so done folded after inserted with
cheese and pressed forms the position of the fitting together on to which
hot is applied until not of white anymore.

I just thought of something. Perhaps you could take really thin bread and
fold it like origami? Maybe with a thin layer of butter to make it stick
together? Imagine a swan made of bread!

You've been misled by nutritional quacks who claim
coconut oil is good for you. That's wrong. Saturated
fat is as bad as ever, and coconut oil is even worse
than butter or lard.
