A time was when people drink green tea to make the warmth the body but now the use of the green tea is different. People drink green tea to reduce the weight of the body. Drink 2-3 cup of green tea daily.

Green tea is very beneficial for the persons who want to lose the weight.
It burns the fat and reduces the extra weight. It also controls the cholesterol level.
It also prevent us from the cancer. Green tea also play important role in healthy skin.
