green spotted puffer fish from wal-mart?

so im guessing the puffers dont eat goldfish food,cause i have been giving them that goldfish flake food and they just dont eat it,

what does it eat?
also i have a kissing fish and one of them died the first day i got the puffers,do they eat other fish or something? (happened twice!)

if they eat a certain type of food will it be safe for the kissing fish if i put it in the tank with it?
 
They should be fed crustacean foods such as brine shrimp, krill, mollusks, and earthworms.

Please be aware that Green Spotted Puffers will need to live in brackish water then saltwater as it grows.
