I a permanent resident in the United States, but I can't get a passport from my home county (They have so many requirements that I can''t obtain from there). My question is can I apply for an I-131 Re-entry permit to serve as a passport ( Although I'm going to stay abroad for 6 weeks)...can someone please give me an advice, Im lost and I don't know what to do.
