Greatest non human looking comic relief anime characters

Who is the greatest non human or non human looking (aliens, or spirits, etc. that look human don't count even though they are not human) comic relief anime characters?

Top of my list is:

Meowth (Pokemon) - Personal I think he is way batter than Pikachu. He provides humor, and communication between humans and Pokemon. He is the glue of the Pokemon universe as far as the non human Pokemon characters are concerned.

Kon (Bleach) - I know his humor is simple, he is a pervert. They still find creative ways to make me laugh, example is his latest appearance in the anime.

Haro (Mobile Suit Gundam 00) - Not always comic relief. But at times he is hillarous, especially the "Evil" Haro.
 
I second Mechazawa, he's epic and funny at the same time, plus he's played by Norio Wakamoto, and speaking of whom, also Onsakumaru from 2x2=Shinobuden/Ninja Nonsense, simply because he's a perverted ninja master, and his antics always crack me up.

Then there's PenPen from Evangelion, and not only is it because penguins are awesome, but mainly because whenever he appears something funny is bound to happen, especially in certain episodes of the show, and not to mention he's played by Megumi Hayashibara
 
Kon (Bleach)...Never fails to make me laugh in either the manga or the anime (though he gets funnier dialogue in the manga)...

Mokona (Tsubasa Chronicle)....I love watching him(or is it her?...I don't think CLAMP's ever said either way) tease Kurogane...he's adorable...

Luna(Sailormoon) - She may be Serena's guardian,but she provided some comedy when some bad cats were chasing her,hahahaha.

Oolong/Fat Majin Buu/Neko Majin(Dragonball/Z/GT/Neko Majin) - Oolong the pig made me laugh especially ruining Emperor Pilaf's wish,hehehe.Fat Buu was so adorable/hilarious when going on killing sprees,hahahaha.Neko Majin was pretty cool/funny/strong as well.

Jariten/Rei/The Dappyamen/B-bo the yeti bodyguard of Oyuki's/the little blue mirror demons/Kurama's Karasutengus(crow goblins)/Shunmin & Manchinro/alien babies/Koomori the Bat/giant talking gardenia/blue goblin/Lady Yatsude's cute little ninjas/watermelon god/Kotatsu-Neko/O-shima the Raccoon/the hare/CAO-2/the dolphin/little blue demon from the bottle/Kitsune the Fox/Kuriko & Chojuro the Fruits/creepy red alien judge/white rabbit/Sanshiro the Scarecrow/Gosaku the Bottle-Selling Scarecrow Salesman/The Public Declamation Assistant(giant cheerleading robot)/little green fairy chrysallses/The Mako fairies/little pink cupid/Michiru,Chiru Chiru & his wife,alien puppet people/The Blue Bird/The Tanabata Wishing Star/Pigmo the Frog or Alien/Uwabami the serpent spirit/The wishing fairy/The Patron Saint of Poverty(Urusei Yatsura) - Lum's adorable little cousin is hilarious while breathing fire at his victims(mostly Ataru),& his Japanese voice is so adorable.The rest of the non-human characters were pretty hilarious/amazing like Rei becoming a cute big alien tiger,the Dappyamen who're fish aliens,B-bo the yeti bodyguard of Oyuki's,Kurama's Karasutengu servants,the cute/adorable little Shunmin,Koomari the shape-changing bat,Lady Yatsude's cute little ninjas(they look like Borabermen from the Boraberman games),Kotatsu-Neko the big ghost cat who's pretty cool,O-shima the raccoon(looks like Rocky from Pocky & Rocky),CAO-2,the tyrannical,eraser-like robot teacher,the funny,sake-loving,little blue demon from the bottle(looks like Bloo from Foster's Home For Imaginary FrienRAB)Kitsune the adorable,shape-changing fox,who turns into Ataru & Onsenmark,hahahahaha,Kuriko and Chojuro the fruit couple that brainwash people,the Public Declamation Assistant who's a giant cheerleading robot with an awesome design,an adorable little pink cupid who says "SHOOT" while arrow firing,the Blue Bird who's a notorious alien salesman who grants your every wish,the cute Tanabata Wishing Star who'll grant your every wish,I so want it,I love wishing stars,Pigmo the frog turns into a miniature,hanRABome alien,the Uwabami,a serpent spirit that possesses its victims like Sakura,the little fairy who grants crappy wishes like Jariten's for destroying the Moroboshi household again,& the Patron Saint of Poverty who helps you cheat on tests,hehehehe.

Meowth/Psyduck/Aipom(Pokemon) - Meowth is hilarious along with his Pokemon translations & Psyduck and Aipom were funny for making trouble for Misty/Ash.

Numemon/Sukamon & Chuumon/Nanimon/Guilemon/Culumon/Doggymon(Digimon) - Based on their appearances,they look pretty hilarious.

Kero/Spiner(Cardcaptor Sakura) - Kero & Spiner were both pretty hilarious especially Spiner's funny addictions to sweets,hahahahaha.

Chiyo's father the yellow cat(Azumanga Daioh!) - He's so hilarious whenever he shows up in the dreams as a strange yellow cat being Chiyo-chan's father,hahahahahahaha!!!!!!

Skullduggery & Slab(Kinnikuman) - They may be villains,but they're pretty silly/hilarious with their crazy antics on bashing King Muscle/Kinnikuman.

The Haros(SD Gundam,Gundam SEED/Destiny,Mobile Suit Gundam 00) - Hilarious,silly little balls that automatically talk & the black "evil" one was hilarious when he knew about Nena's jealousy on poor Wang.

Plue/Griff/Ruby(Rave Master) - Plue's weird antics are funny.Griff is pretty hilarious for a weird blue creature crushing on Elie which Tom Kenny did awesome with him,& Ruby is pretty funny besides his "poyo" sayings.

Chopper/Hachi/Brook/The Risky Brothers(One Piece) - Chopper is adorable/hilarious along with his facial expressions besides cool DF powers.Hachi & Brook are pretty hilarious as well.The Risky Brother Squirrels were pretty funny too before getting owned by Chopper/Nami.

Zatch/Tia/Kanchome/Kido/Penny/Byonko/Majiro/Ted(Zatch Bell!) - All of those mamodoes are pretty hilarious besides their cool powerful spells.

Maromi(Paranoia Agent) - She's cute,scary,& psychotic for a little pink big eyed puppy doll!!!!!!!

Don Patch/Jelly Jiggler/Dengakuman(Bo^7) - Both Don Patch & Jelly Jiggler were mega awesome/hilarious especially their facial expressions.Dengakuman is so small/cute,but pretty hilarious with his antics besides Bobobo,Don Patch,& Jelly Jiggler.

Kon/Ikkaku/Yumichika/Rangiku/Yachiru/Marechiyo/Korodo/Nel,Dondochakka,& Pesche(Bleach) - They're all pretty hilarious,but mostly Kon,Nel,Dondochakka,& Pesche make me laugh the most,hehehehe.

Dangowl/Ventura/Nyanjamar & Chuba(Beet the Vandel Buster/Excellion) - They're pretty funny Vandels which Dangowl the pill bug Vandel was so adorable & Nyanjamar the durab cat Vandel and his mouse Vandel pal Chuba & his frienRAB were pretty hilarious too.

Chamo-Kun(Negima!) - The ermine of Negi's was pretty hilarious while helping Negi become a great wizard.

Mesousa/weird cat/weird salamander(Pani Poni Dash!) - Mesousa the poor bunny is so hilarious besides being the punching bag,& the weird animals(cat/salamander)were mega hilarious because of their weirdness.

Ryuk(Death Note) - That shinigami is so hilarious especially with his crazy apple addictions & his body-functioning antics when he couldn't get an apple,hahahahaha.

Angel Gozen(Busou Renkin) - Talking Busou Renkin doll who's Ouka's "other" personality who's pretty interesting/hilarious at times.

Paya-tan(Dai Maho Touge/Magicial Witch Punie-chan) - Cute,hilarious dog-like creature which his fights with Punie was so mega hilarious,hahahahaha.

Happy/Charle(Fairy Tale) - They're adorable, hilarious talking cat characters.
 
Maromi from Paranoia Agent. Though it's meant to be a disturbing character, its high voice bringsa little comic relief to the show.
Especially in episode 10 when it was explaining the roles of various people in the anime industry and how their jobs can drive them crazy. Then again, that whole episode was pretty a comic relief story in itself.

Also, the animal versions of Kozuka's victims in episode 5 (also all comic relief), especially Kawazu as his namesake, a frog.
