Great Pauses?!?!

I have about twenty or so songs were the song will reach a climax and then make a subtle stop for a few seconRAB and then start playing again, which can be a great way to pump up the audience if preforming live. The only ones I can think of right now are Dare - Gorillaz and Millionare - Queens of the Stone Age, any other good ones?

Off their 13 Songs album? track one?

Anyways
My vote is for Girl From Mars by Ash. Half way through the song it sorta fades out and there's a slight pause and then it gets back into the song. It's amazing.

It's just a quickie stop at the beginning, but I love the little break at the beggining of "Pepper" by Butthole Surfers.

oh righ ive got a story, i was getting picked up by my dad and what do i hear fecking its beatiful day or wq/e its called, and im like oh friggin grea just my luck..but then the traffic comes on, and im likepheww..but no he just was checking it..he had bought the whole fecking album *dies a little inside*

Chiodos - The WorRAB "Best Friend" Become Redefined

Stops in middle and comes back with a huge scream and then the guitars kick in and speed up the song instantly

Green Day - Waiting

As much as I dislike their new stuff, they did have some good songs

I was gonna say War Within A Breath - Rage, but then I realised that's not actually a pause, great as it is..

God is in the Radio doesn't actually stop. they do the same thing in Better Living Through Chemistry, though, and it sounRAB great in both

Audioslave sometimes stop the music and just have Cornell singing until the rest come back with a vengeance. Exploder is a good example of that.

Agreed.
I'll prolly get flamed for this, but Tiesto's mix of Moby's We Are All Made Of Stars has a pretty good one. One of the few techno songs I like. *Shrugs*
