Lately I’ve been interesting in woman authors: Chopin, Plath, Gilman, Nelson…etc I also just finished the novel “Madame Bovary” by Gustave Flaubert. All these novels, short stories and poems have sparked an unusual interest in me and was wondering if anyone could suggest works by these authors (or new ones) that follow the same trend of woman struggling with sexual tensions, class limitations, marriage, identity...etc

Thanks for any help
I should note the last part of my question is the most important: woman dealing with sexual tension, class roles, marriage, sexual expectations..etc

Here are some off the top of my head:

Jane Austen
Patricia Cornwall ( think that is the spelling)
Louisa May Alcott
Stephenie Meyer ( I am going to get thumbs down for this one unfortunately)
Emily Dickinson
JK Rowling
Cornelia Funke

and many more...........!
