great dane not walking after neuter?

surgery was friday, he ate and drank up until today, but literally falls down if you stand him up, call in to vet they said they have no clue.

How long since the operation? Might still be under slightly. Bit drowsy.

Otherwise, if it's been a while since the actual operation I would ring the vet and ask.
