Gravity on Earth astronomy space?

So yeah, Gravity is because space bends, but what about on Earth ? What is bending inside the planet ?
and would it be safe to say that General Relativity is wrong because it is NOT a Quantum Theory ?
 
Space (even curved space) exists everywhere (even at the surface and inside the earth) so your question really makes no sense. The Earth's mass is bending the space we exist in in exactly the same way that the sun's mass is bending the space the earth orbits through, and NO Einstein wasn't wrong, just perhaps a bit short sighted regarding quantum theory.
