Grant Internet Access To Cell Phone From Laptop Via Bluetooth?

Here's the deal:

I run a LAN connection on my laptop and I have a wireless card and a bluetooth dongle.

I've got one new phone (doesn't matter which, as my question would apply for the technique,not for the a specific phone model) which lacks WLAN (I can't make a wireless network and connect to the network with the phone). However, my phone has Bluetooth (v 2.01 ? ) and I would like to know how should I share the internet connection from my laptop through bluetooth, or how do I connect with the bluetooth to a wireless network
